He has over 40 years of international experience in the footwear and leather industries. Paul studied Footwear Design Manufacturing Processes and Management in Northamptonshire, England before taking up production management at a local factory. He had worked 14 years in Asia, gaining tremendous footwear and tanner experience in the supply chain. After that, he lived in the U.S. for five years running an international leather business and spent six years in Europe with various business development roles before joining SGS in 2014.
