Local Sections offer a wonderful opportunity to connect with textile professionals individuals in your area, build meaningful relationships, and exchange valuable resources that support your personal and professional growth.

What is my Section?

When you join as a member, you are automatically placed in a Section based on your geographical location. You may be assigned to a currently inactive Section. However, you&/localsections/8217;re able to change your Section based on your preference. For instance, some individuals choose to select a Section where they conduct the most business.

Activities are an opportunity to focus on networking and connecting with your local members. These can range from a casual get-together to a ticketed event and everything in between. Any opportunity to connect with your fellow members is highly encouraged!

• Virtual meet and greet with members
• Weekday Social at local restaurant
• Meetup at local conference
• ÐãÉ«Ö±²¥Student Chapter visit
• Connect with ÐãÉ«Ö±²¥Corporate Member in your area to sponsor/co-host event
• Ticketed event with speaker presentation and dinner reception

What are the requirements for an active Section?

An active Section is a defined geographical area with over 25 ÐãÉ«Ö±²¥members and elected leadership committee. To maintain active status, the Section must have have at least one-activity annually and maintain at least 25 members. If these conditions aren&/localsections/8217;t met, the Section becomes inactive.
