The global textile community is coming together this fall in one of India’s most important textile hubs. On November 21–22, 2025, Coimbatore will host an international conference that promises to spotlight innovation, collaboration, and sustainable growth in the textile sector.
This special event is being organized by the Textile Association (India), South India Unit (TAI-SIU) in collaboration with the American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists (AATCC). By bringing together expertise from two respected organizations, the conference will provide a unique platform to share knowledge and strengthen connections across the textile value chain.

From India, K. Gandhiraj, Vice Chairman of TAI-Central Office, emphasized the importance of building platforms that encourage stakeholders across the textile value chain to come together. R. Seenivasahan, Vice President of TAI-SIU, highlighted the immediate need to rebuild confidence in the industry and generate fresh opportunities for growth.
From the United States, Gregg Woodcock, Executive Director of AATCC, and John Crocker of SDL Atlas will also be participating.
