CEMATEX, the European Committee of Textile Machinery Manufacturers, is the owner of ITMA, the world鈥檚 largest textile and garment technology exhibition. Often referred to as the 鈥淥lympics of textile machinery exhibitions,鈥 ITMA has been held every four years in various European cities since 1951. Its most recent edition, ITMA 2023 in Milan, spanned 200,000 square meters and featured 1,709 exhibitors from 47 countries.
Since 2008, ITMA ASIA + CITME has been held biennially in Shanghai, combining the strengths of the globally recognized ITMA brand and China鈥檚 leading textile machinery exhibition. The Singapore 2025 edition marks a strategic expansion of this collaboration, jointly organized by CEMATEX, CTMA, and the Sub-Council of Textile Industry, CCPIT (CCPIT-Tex).
